In what began as a small concert of 15 songs for an end-of-year primary school fete in 2021, has now developed into a 100+ strong - and growing - setlist covering many genres across many decades of music from various artists.
With differing music inspirations and an age group between members spanning 16 years, Old Play smash out an eclectic mix of contemporary classics and forgotten bangers.
Old Play have set themselves as an alternative cover band from the norm found on the Perth scene; you will not be hearing the sounds of repeated covers from the likes of Jimmy Barnes and AC/DC but will be surprised with the likes of SIA, DMAs, Jamiroquai, Tame Impala, Sticky Fingers, James, Vance Joy and so much more.

Old Play have been playing at the likes of Fremantle's Emily Taylor, the Swan Yacht Club, East Fremantle Yacht Club, private parties, corporate events and more.
